Clear about the details
Your privacy matters.
This notice explains how Grow Organic handles information submitted through this website. Updated 25 October 2026.
Who handles your information
Grow Organic is the independent SEO and content partnership of Mohammad Sarzil and Sana Khan, based in India and working internationally. For privacy questions, email sarzilseo@gmail.com.
When you send a project enquiry
We receive the contact details, business information and project context you choose to submit. Your enquiry is delivered by email to both team members so we can consider your requirements and respond. Please do not include passwords, customer records or confidential third-party datasets in the form.
How the information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss a potential engagement and maintain records of that conversation. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell enquiry information.
Service providers and security
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Email delivery and mailbox providers process enquiry messages, and GitHub and Sanity support website publishing. We use HTTPS and restrict access to credentials and enquiry messages. Email providers may process information outside your country. No enquiry details are stored in the public CMS or source repository.
Spam prevention and technical logs
The form uses a hidden spam field and short-lived rate-limit records derived from a keyed hash of the requesting IP address. Hosting and email services may also record technical information for security and delivery. Rate-limit records expire after one day. Hosting log retention is controlled by the hosting provider.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is configured, we ask before loading it. Declining leaves optional analytics disabled. If enabled with your permission, it measures page visits and confirmed enquiry submissions without sending your form fields as analytics events. You can change your preference using the footer control. Necessary preference storage is kept in your browser.
Retention and your choices
We aim to remove inactive enquiries within 12 months unless a continuing relationship or record-keeping obligation requires longer retention. You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information by email. For active client work, the engagement agreement may set separate confidentiality and retention terms.
Client work shown here
Case studies use anonymized descriptions and selected documented metrics. Original reports, private search queries and client-identifying information are excluded from public website content. Illustrative imagery does not depict actual client locations.
